We first met John in 2011 when we were looking for a 1 bedroom apartment on the UES. At the time he seemed to be just starting out as he was working with a more senior broker. After living in the same small apartment for 5 years, my husband and I were searching for a new space to grow into. We found an apartment listing online and reached out to schedule a viewing on the upcoming Saturday and were surprised at the speed of the response we received from Reni, who was eager to coordinate an appointment with John. With the professional help from two fantastic agents, Sasha Bruno and John Ameralis, my husband and I have been successfully renting our 1 BR unit in Chelsea for the past 5 years. Each contract brings in qualify tenants with reasonably better rents. Bruno and Ameralis are resourceful and experienced who provide helpful advice on making our rental unit very marketable. In June, Bruno and Ameralis even took the time to help us with suggestions for designing the kitchen and bathroom renovations, like cabinets styles and tile colors in the kitchen.  As a team, they have the best marketing plan in promoting and renting out the unit. They advised us that timing and correct pricing are very important factors.   From photos/website promotions, open houses and rental applications, they are always on top of things.  Both Bruno and Ameralis has worked with us with honest and sincere feedback with good results.  We cannot ask for any better agents, and would recommend them highly. 

John was a lifesaver in the sale of my apartment on the Upper East Side. I had bought the unit three years earlier with him acting as the seller’s broker at the time, so when I needed it sold FAST, I knew I had to give him a call. From that first phone call to the close date, the process was incredibly efficient, seamless, and as stress-free as selling an apartment in NYC can be. Even though I already had high expectations going into working with John given his experience with the building, I was still impressed by how quickly he was able to set up photos, get the apartment listed, and get in buyers. I especially appreciated his responsiveness and him keeping me in the loop on the progress of open houses and applications. His ability to stay organized and keep me organized helped relieve any anxiety I would have had and allowed me to put my trust in him as someone “on my team”. John helped me buy a condo in financial district in NYC. As an international buyer, who is not familiar with the local market, John has been very helpful, patient with professional advice. I emailed John after finding one of his listings online. He was yet another agent i reached out to but on the contrary to others, he responded promptly and soon provided links to listings that actually matched our needs. We have been looking for one bedroom apartment since July 2015, and after 6   months with an agent recommended by a friend who was less and less responsive, i was tired with the process.
